Erica Montoya
CNO / Director of Nursing and Clinical Services
Erica Montoya, born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, overcame early challenges, losing her parents to addiction during high school. Despite this, she excelled in the arts and dance, while also earning her CNA certificate. Her frontline work during the COVID-19 pandemic as an RN showcased her dedication. Now pursuing higher education, Erica aims to make healthcare more accessible through her innovative business ventures. She’s a beacon of hope and determination, poised to leave a lasting impact on her community and beyond.

Kim Martinez
Provider
Kim Martinez is a Santa Fe native and is happy to be practicing in her hometown. She graduated from Capital High School in 2009 and attended the University of New Mexico College of Nursing, completing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Suma Cum Lade Honors in 2013. She worked for 10 years as a Registered Nurse in General Medical/Surgical Stepdown Care as well as Neurology Critical Care. She obtained several national certifications including Progressive Critical Care Registered Nurse (PCCN), Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), and Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) during those ten years to continue to expand her education and learn how to best care for her patients. She began graduate school in 2020 while continuing to work in the Intensive Care Unit at the height of the COVID pandemic. Her practicum training during graduate school consisted of Primary care, Neurosurgery, and Inpatient Cerebrovascular Service. She finished her Masters of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in October of 2022. She has worked as an Advanced Practice Provider since May of 2023, mostly specializing in Neurology, but Primary Care continues to hold a special place in her heart, and she is happy to work with the people of Santa Fe to live their best lives

Jolene Gurule

Jolene is a Santa Fe local, who is the youngest of four siblings. Jolene is a dedicated mother of two, and has been in the medical field for over nine years. During her career, she has completed certifications in Phlebotomy, CPR, and Medical Assisting as well as work as an OB Tech. Currently, Jolene is utilizing her skills and qualifications to provide top-notch service to patients in the medical field. Jolene also has experience in office work, with a proven ability to work efficiently, multitask, and manage time wisely to ensure all duties are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Jolene is an ambitious individual, constantly pushing herself to improve and take her career to the next level. She prides herself on being a knowledgeable and skilled health care worker. She consistently strives to be the best she can be to ensure that the patients under her care are receiving the finest quality of care. Jolene refuses to be complacent and is continuously looking for new ways to expand her expertise and knowledge in the medical field. She sets high standards for herself and is always looking for new opportunities to grow and develop.

Standard Draw + Lab Delivery – $100 per draw
Ultrasound-Guided Draw – $200 per draw
Lab order must be provided. We deliver to your lab of choice.
In-Home Respiratory Therapy
